Rates Include

Customs clearance, Week days delivery up to 2nd floor, unpacking of contents of boxes on flat surface, Assembly of normal used simple furniture like bed/dining table etc. which does not require special skill, Clearance of debris on the same day, Return of empty container,

Rates Exclude

Shuttling Service, Stair carry/long carry, handling of piano, warehouse handling/storage, handyman services, disposal of crates more than 2 CBM, duties & taxes, Customs inspection, X-Ray and handling charges, Demurrage, bond charges, container, detention, warehouse storage, Delivery above 1st floor, bad access (long walk, shuttle, etc.), delivery of heavy furniture (pianos, pool tables, safes, etc.), Elevator Surcharge, Specialist service such as carpenter, maid, service, electrician, plumbers, etc., Reassembly of pre-fabricated or knockdown, furniture such as IKEA type furniture, bookcases, wardrobes, outdoor items, gym, equipment, new furniture etc.,

The following documents are required for employment pass holder to apply customs duties/tax exemption.

• Copy of Employment pass or In-principal approval letter from Ministry of Manpower and the attached  below forms (For foreigners)
• Completed declaration of Facts
• Completed Liquor/Wine form
• GST relief form with value of goods

Please complete these forms and send these documents 5 working days before vessel arrival.

Please note that liquor/wine is dutiable items and we need to apply special permit to apply.
