Family members of expatriates, such as legally married spouse and unmarried children under 21 years old, are eligible to apply for a dependent pass.

However, the expatriate should be on an Employment pass or S-pass, with a minimum salary of S$ 6,000 and a minimum work commitment of two years period. If your child is older than 21 years old and wishes to pursue studies in Singapore, they would have to apply for a Student Pass.
Short-Term Visit Pass

For the short-term visit of 30 days or 90 days, do note that citizens of many countries are exempt from needing a Short-term visit pass. The list of countries eligible can be found on the Singapore ICA website. Citizens of all countries can apply online for an e-Visa or in person at the nearest Singapore Embassy.

Long-Term Visit Pass

Those having family members who are citizens or permanent resident of Singapore may apply for a Long-Term Visit Pass.

Work Passes

There are different types of work passes and it’s important to find out which one fits your bill. It is determined mostly by monthly salary, skills required for the job and level of education. Employment Pass is suitable for expatriates who are offered to work in a higher position with a minimum monthly salary of 3,600 SGD.
