AIA Customer Care Hotline: Call AIA from 8:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on weekdays at 1800 248 8000 (Singapore) or +65 6248 8000 (Overseas).

Online claims: Fill out and submit your documentation using the AIA travel claim form found here. You will need your cell phone to log into the system since AIA will issue you a one-time password.

Otherwise, send an email to [email protected], and a customer service representative will contact you to follow up on your issue.

In-person claims: Contact your AIA insurance representative, and they will contact you regarding your claims.

AIA travel insurance is more expensive than the norm, but it does not provide any advantages over its competitors. On the contrary, coverage on the basic plan is marginally worse. Furthermore, if you’re travelling during the pandemic, the lack of COVID-19 coverage is very concerning. So, this is a decision you have to make after carefully considering your requirements for travel insurance.
