How much do Singapore’s international school’s charge?

What extra costs do these international schools levy?

In addition to the annual tuition fees, you will usually be charged an application fee and/or an enrolling fee to confirm your child’s seat if approved. Many schools also charge annual facility or building fees, commonly known as a capital or development tax.

The application fee is $2,500.
Enrollment fee: $7,490 for students with a US passport or green card, $9,630 for students without a US passport or green card.

Bus transportation costs between $956 and $1,865 every semester.
Uniforms range from $158 to $200.
School lunches range from $5.50 to $8 per day.

Interim Semester (for high school students): $85 to $4,400
AP examinations cost $220 each paper.

Australian International School

The application fee is $500 and the enrollment fee is $2,860.
The facility fee/building fee/capital levy/development levy is $2,675 for Early Years pupils and $6,420 for Elementary and Secondary School students.

Other charges:

Technology fee: $535 for elementary students, $300 for students in Years 6 to 12 who have their own laptop, and $963 for students in Years 6 to 12 who have a school-provided laptop.

English and Learning Support Programs: $5,000 to $6,000 per year
Excursions/fieldwork: $1 to $6,500
Hats and caps are $18 each. PE uniforms range from $15 to $400.

Stationery, bags, transparent folders, consumables, and materials range in price from $0.50 to $100.
