Early Repayment Fees within Lock-in Period

• Full Redemption - 50% waiver of early repayment fee subject to evidence that it is due to sale of property
• Partial redemption – 1.5% is applicable if the loan outstanding after partial repayment is less than 70% of the original loan amount (stated in LO, round up to the nearest S$10k)

One-time Free Conversion Benefit

• Exercisable any time for completed properties not under DPS and New Acquisition
• For completed properties under DPS and repricing cases, conversion benefit is exercisable after lock-in period
• Exercisable within 6 months from TOP for BUC
