Lock in Period - 2 years/ BUC (no lock in)
SmartMortgage Feature - Option of SmartMortgage for Housing Loan
Early Repayment Fees within Lock-in Period
- Full Redemption - 50% waiver of early repayment fee subject to evidence that it is due to sale of property
- Partial redemption – 1.5% is applicable if the loan outstanding after partial repayment is less than 70% of the original loan amount (stated in LO, round up to the nearest S$10k)
One-time Free Conversion Benefit
Evergreen Free Conversion Benefit for Green Mortgage only>
- Exercisable any time for completed properties not under DPS and New Acquisition
- For completed properties under DPS and repricing cases, conversion benefit is exercisable after lock-in period
- Exercisable within 6 months from TOP for BUC
Evergreen Free Conversion Benefit for Green Mortgage only>
- For subsequent repricing, conversion benefit will be evergreen and exercisable any time after the applicable lock-in period of the prevailing home loan package that customer convert/ re-price to
